I strongly oppose bill 5. It is essential to protect endangered species. We lose species and biodiversity every day at an exponential rate and if we’re not intentional about it we will lose more. Protecting the environment is important and necessary for today and for our future.
I oppose this bill, it is going to make our province and our country so much worse if it passes. The benefit of the few at the cost of the many. This is just corruption at play, plain and simple. Please don’t pass this bill just to make a few rich people richer.

This proposal is unnecessary and seeks to bypass important regulations set by the ministry that were instituted to protect Ontario's important ecological resources. To endanger them is shameful, and I am strongly against this action.

The creation of any bill that would endanger any species, flora or fauna, should never be allowed. Especially not just to allow industry and corporation infrastructure. There has been to much of this over the past. These species can never be restored.
