This only benefits the deleveopers. This does not benefit any species at risk or the environment. This is a way to bypass nessasary environmental protection steps and regulations. I do not support this at all and believe more rigorous review is required. Read more

Why are we removing environmental assessments for the developers that do the most damage to species at risk and their habitats? Isn't this the opposite of that should be done? Why shouldn't we be making these processed more stringent to ensure environmental protection? Do not support. Read more

The ESA exists for a reason. Removing this step seems incredibly counter productive and opens the gates for more damage to species at risk and their habitats. There is no aspects indicating how the developers will be credible for protection or compensation of the habitats they will be destroying. Read more

Molly’s Creek is an important creek with endangered species. With the proposed Dresden dump this new act could cause harm to these endangered species if the owners of the dump only need to agree to protect that area. Dump waste will still leak into the creek causing death to these creatures. Read more

I am appalled at this blatant attempt to dismantle protections for Endangered species. This is transparently a self-serving move by the Ford government, and there is no reasonable justification provided for harming Ontario's wildlife. I strongly urge the rejection of this proposal.

Please please please for the love of god, DO NOT pass this bill. I want the earth to still be a beautiful place for future generations. As humans we have done so much damage to this world, why do we keep trying to do more? You have the power to do the right thing and protect this precious planet.
