As a citizen and conservationist in Ontario I do not support Bill 5 and I would never support any legislation that is damaging to environmental policy. This is a step backwards and is an over reach by the Ontario government. Read more

I am not in favour of any legislation that seems to remove the guardrails for protecting our provincial treasures such as native flora and fauna, the green belt, Ontario Place or even the Science Center and leaving those decisions up to the "government's discretion". Read more

The reason the process is complex if the environment is complex. Stop Bill 5. Allow time for environmental studies to be completed to protect endangered species and critical greenspace. We can't sacrifice the environment for transportation and housing. Read more
