Unleashing Ontario's economy cannot happen by sacrificing the environment by the dissolution of applying for permits that may threaten species and their habitats, or by allowing the possible use of Special Economic Zones which counter Indigenous sovereignty and the soul of democracy. Read more

I am against this proposal. There is NO good reason that the Ontario place redevelopment should be exempted from the Environmental Bill of Rights. Laws exist for a reason and need to be followed to make sure a project does not create undue damage and cost to taxpayers and the environment. Read more
