The idea of passing such an act is abhorrent to most citizens of Ontario. We have one environment - just one - that cannot be replaced. Buildings, whether houses, apartments, commercial units, or any other, can be built on non-sensitive land. Read more

I disagree with this approach, there is no clear rationale for an exemption from normal consultation processes. I am further concerned that this would be replicated elsewhere. Also I have not been convinced of how this Ontario Place issue is key to our economy at this point. No thanks. Read more

I have always voted Conservative. I love Doug Ford but I’m very concerned with the lack of any environmental assessment. This is unacceptable to me .At least one environmental assessment should be conducted as well as consultations with indigenous people.
