Do not give these corporations what they are whining about! They create the waste so they need to be 100% responsible for how to ECOLOGICALLY dispose of it or actually recycle it. The onus CANNOT be on the people of Ontario.
Relaxing and deferring household waste diversion rate requirements should be considered a complete non-starter. Similarly, empty return should be expanded (at the very least to include plastic bottles) and deposit refunds increased.
