An Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) was granted to Hydro One Networks Inc.for the approval of stormwater management and spill control works to serve Algoma Transmission Station located at 2811 Hwy 17, North Shore, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Van Hoffen Farms (1999) Ltd. for existing stormwater management works serving adjoining greenhouse properties of 316 Mud Street West and 496 Inglehart Road, Grassie (Grimsby), Ontario L0R 1M0.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Brookdale Treeland Nurseries Limited for existing stormwater management works serving an existing greenhouse site, located at 936 Line 6 Road, in the Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

We approved the amendment of Certificate of Approval No. 4-0012-88-006 dated June 29, 1988, a wastewater and cooling water process related to the Cytec facility located at 9061 Garner Road, in the City of Niagara Falls.

The Ministry issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval to Maple Leaf Marinas Holdings GP Inc. for sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage, rated at a total maximum design capacity of 86,490 litre/day, servicing the existing seasonal Wye Heritage Marina, located in the Township of Tay, County of Simcoe.

A  new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Tabitha and Donald MacDow for the establishment of sewage treatment and subsurface sewage disposal works.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 6031-C3KNLX was issued for subsurface sewage disposal works, servicing the existing campground located at 1361 McGillivray Road, Town of Bancroft, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for existing sewage and stormwater management works for Lafarge Canada Inc., serving the slag grinding plant and cement terminal located at 683917 Road 68 (Highway 2) near Woodstock in the Township of Zorra, Oxford County.
