On October 30, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 607/20 which permits a mix of commercial, employment, and residential uses in the City of Pickering. The City of Pickering requested the Minister consider making a Zoning Order.
On August 28, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as O. Reg. 474/20 to permit a 320-bed long-term care home in the City of Toronto.
The Zoning Order supports the province's Accelerated Build Pilot Program to enable development of long-term care.
On July 2, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 343/20 to permit 56 dwelling units in the form of modular supportive housing. The Minister's Zoning Order was made based on a request from the City of Toronto.
On April 24, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 170/20 to permit a three-storey addition to Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. We want to inform you of this decision even though we are not required to under the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993.

A decision was made to approve a site-specific amendment to the Minister's Zoning Order, filed as Ontario Regulation 102/72, to permit a new single dwelling and an accessory basement unit in the Hamlet of Greenwood in the City of Pickering.
