An Environmental Compliance Approval No. 9741-C5ARW9 has been issued to ENGIE Services Inc., for the increase in the water discharge associated with the existing industrial stormwater management works serving the Public Works and Government Services Canada Tunney’s Central Heating and Cooling Plant.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Holy Trinity School (Co-Educational) Richmond Hill to take water from two wells for the purpose of long term discharge.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2098533979 was issued to Lakeview Water Systems Ltd. Water will be taken from one lake for water supply purposes in Turkey Point, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 8037-BX3QJ4 was issued to Peacock Point Cottage Owners Association Inc. Water will be taken for communal water supply from Lake Erie located at Lot 16, Concession 1, Township of Walpole, in Haldimand.

The application for Permit To Take Water for First Quantum Minerals Ltd. Water from one pond for industrial and domestic water supply purposes at the Winston Lake mine site was returned to First Quantum Minerals Ltd. on September 16, 2021, as the Permit was no longer required by the applicant.
