A new Permit to Take Water No. 8768-C2CLU5 has been issued to George Benn and Sons Construction Limited on April 26, 2021 for the purpose of quarry dewatering and dust suppression activites located in (Ernestown) Loyalist Township, Lennox and Addington County. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 26, 2031.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 2247-BZCPM4 has been issued to North American (Goulbourn) Corporation on April 7, 2021 for construction dewatering purposes for a proposed multi-storey building located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 8, 2031.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7733-C28PFT on April 19, 2021 which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 8876-86JL2N for West Carleton Sand & Gravel Inc. located in Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 20, 2031.

Permit to Take Water No. 2448-8E6S83 for commercial purposes has been renewed. Water will be taken from four wells related to aquaculture activities, located in the Municipality of Central Elgin, County of Elgin, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 2107-C25H5X was issued on April 26, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for a new 4,950 L/day subsurface disposal sewage works, servicing facilities at 96 Wellington Street North in the community of Drayton (Township of Mapleton).

This renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 4015-AWPM7P, servicing Cable Bridge Enterprises Limited, for water supply purposes, was approved on April 26, 2021 under Permit No. 3163-BYJL8K. This permit expires on April 26, 2031.

The renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 2115-8G2QVU, servicing GWITMOC Foundation for water supply purposes, was approved on April 26, 2021 under Permit No. 0583-BZNTMP. This permit expires on April 26, 2031.

The proposed sewage works upgrades at the Nottawasaga Haven Campground in the Township of Essa, comprising of replacement of the individual holding tanks at each campsite with new tanks and upgrades to the sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system, has been approved.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000099 to Lester Hopkins for early exploration activities near Jones Landing, Ontario, Sault Ste. Marie District.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on April 26, 2021 in respect of application 59-C-210506 (formerly 59-C-134607) to sever PIN 56032-0092 and PIN 56032-0152 (shoreline allowance) from PIN 56032-0120 and PIN 56032-0151 (shoreline allowance)subject to conditions.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted in respect of Application 58-C-189386 for the creation of one (1) new resource-based recreational lot for land described as PIN 62279-9513 and PIN 62279-9515, Whitefish Lake, Unincorporated Township of Hardwick & Jean, District of Thunder Bay.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted in respect of Application 58-C-168346 for the creation of one (1) new resource-based recreational lot for land described as PIN 62279-9513, Whitefish Lake, Unincorporated Township of Hardwick, District of Thunder Bay.

Application 58-C-184946, proposing to sever a portion of lands described as PIN62313-0284 to be added to the abutting PIN62313-0282 was withdrawn by the applicant on February 15, 2021. The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing did not make a decision with regards to Application 58-C-184946 and there is no appeal period.

An Environmental Compliance Approval was granted for industrial sewage works at Hydro One Networks Inc.'s Newton Transmission Station, located at 1053 Main Street West, Hamilton, Ontario.
