An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) was issued to Gin-Cor Industries Inc., an automotive manufacturing and assembly facility producing truck bodies, located in Mattawa, Ontario. The approval includes all sources at the facility, including component assembly welding and painting operations.

The province has finalized a Government Response Statement (species-specific policy) that outlines actions to protect and recover Yellow-breasted Chat, a species at risk bird in Ontario.
