On October 30, 2020 the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 609/20 to permit the development of a medical innovation park in the Township of Oro-Medonte. The Township of Oro-Medonte requested that the Minister consider making a Zoning Order.
A decision was made to revoke a Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO) that applied to lands added to the City of Stratford (formerly in the Township of Perth South, County of Perth), filed as Ontario Regulation 356/20.
