An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air and Noise) has been granted to Aircraft Appliances and Equipment located at 150 East Drive, in the City of Brampton, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air and Noise) has been granted to Norshred Inc. for the operation of a mobile waste processing operation to de-pollute and shred End of Life Vehicles (ELV's) at licensed facilities, including one (1) shredder, one (1) excavator, one (1) loader, two (2) containers, and associated diesel engines.

We approved the renewal of  Permit to Take Water No. 6813-BF4NQM for the taking of water from one (1) river, for the purpose of cooling water in the Town of Huntsville, Ontario.

We approved the renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 8060-BDYKLU for Carrying Place Golf and Country Club.

The Exploration Permit was issued and is valid for a period of 3 years.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on August 22, 2019 for Application 52-C-180496 for a lot addition from PIN 73097-0063 (severed) to PIN 73097-0033 (benefitting) in the geographic township of Gallagher, District of Sudbury.  The last day this decision can be appealed is September 11, 2019.

We approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 7326-B2BNKY for Sherborne Lodge Developments Limited for construction dewatering purposes.

We have approved amendment to existing Environmental Compliance Approval No. 6671-8NPKSP, issued on January 27, 2012, to Canadian Shield Food Consultant Agency Inc., to add Thunder Bay and Timmins to the approved site location.

We have issued Environmental Compliance Approval No. 0001106042 to Skyline Real Estate holdings Inc., as a general partner for and on behalf of Skyline Real Estate Limited Partnership for a micro-turbine that provides power and heat to a residential apartment building located in St. Catharines, Ontario.

Schedule 10 of Bill 66, the proposed Restoring Ontario’s Competitiveness Act, 2018, was removed from the Bill following a vote by members of the Standing Committee on General Government. As a result, the government is no longer proposing to make a regulation to help implement an open-for-business planning by-law.
