The Trent Severn waterways are an National Treasure. If you allow anyone to put a houseboat together (whatever design) you will be polluting the waters and causing congestion on the waterway.
These houseboats will just drop anchor anywhere. If front of cottages where people pay very hight taxes.
The one on the Trent Severn in Port Severn. Is a bunch of trailers soldered together. Not astheticly pleasing to look at, and dumps grey water.
Please don't allow this to happen.
