I agree with the proposal and changes. I would like the length of stay to be reduced to maximum of 3 days(not even 7 ) so that more users would be able to travel through theses sites and areas.

As a taxpayer on the Severn Waterway, I am extremely alarmed about these floating homes and am very much in favour of regulation. They are a danger ( traffic, collisions), they are environmental hazards and they pay no fees or taxes. Lire davantage

There is no need to make these changes. Government needs to stop exercising more control of the people. Unless there is a danger to the individual vessel, other vessels, navigation or the environment - a vessel should not be required to change its mooring position at all. Lire davantage
