I understand that the Ministry has mandated that the transferred areas (Beach Areas One and Two, New Wasaga and Allenwood Beach) must remain open to the public. Where is it stipulated how much of each of area must remain open to the public and for what length of time? What is the Province's recourse if the Town of Wasaga (or any of it's future iterations) fails to honour that stipulation?
