This government is known for its' abuse of any environmental protections. It is unbelievable that removing areas from a relatively small provincial park is necessary for tourism enhancement - especially a small island home to an endangered species.
This government should try and work within the existing environmental regulations, which are not especially stringent. Stop privatizing public lands in such away as to enrich wealthy supporters of the government.
