The beaches need to be kept in provincial hands. A look at recent history with the municipal government is whatever developer pays them the most is what way they will sway without public input. We had a cottage there for over 30 years and just recently decided to sell as the town has destroyed any resemblance of family cottage life and low cost beach fun and attractions to replace it with a play land for the rich and wealthy visitors instead.
Keep the beaches in provincial hands. Don’t let them turn it into a playground for only those with deep pockets
