This bill feels like an attack and a punishment to cyclists.
As a person who relies on my bike to commute to work, and commits to a healthy and environment green life, I cannot condone to this bill. New bike lanes have numerous benefits (an science has proven), from safety to traffic reduction. I want to live in a city where people choose to be green, choose a healthier life, choose a community oriented transportation, and not be scared of it.
This bill removes the right of all this to exist.
