downloading water and waste water is foolish! This will cost the tax payer more money in the long run! Look at hydro! the rates keep going up and up, there is no responsibility to the tax payer. Right now the REgion of Peel has the most reasonable rates for water in Ontario!
If you really want to save money, them amalgmate Brampton, Mississuga and Caledon into the City of Peel. 50 years of building up mississauga on peel's taxpayers and now they want out with out paying thier fair share towards Brampton and Caledon.
The correct anwser here is to make the city of peel! that's what will keep taxes down and give Peel the negotiating power to keep costs lower. The Region is a really well oiled machine that does so much for so little.
I am a die hard conservative, but i will throw my vote and my families vote to the NDP or Liberals next election just to shut down your obserd thoughts.
