We appreciate the opportunity to comment on the proposal to revoke the Parkway West Belt designation.

This revoking of the plan will allow the property to be development in accordance with Business Employment designation that will be supportive of the surrounding neighbourhood and accent the QEW corridor. The Business Employment will allow for the development of a very impressive warehouse facility that will provide many employment opportunities.

The repurpose use of the Heritage house is designated to be changed into a veterinarian clinic which will provide well needed services to animals in the abutting residential areas. The use of the heritage and natural features landscaping will allow use of the green belt space behind the heritage house for the animals.

The property is presently vacant. Development is appropriate and compatible in this area.
