I am in favour of reducing red tape in the NEC area. However, this proposal covers making it easier and less red tape for installation of utilities or repairs on bridges etc. How about ease of obtaining a permit for homeowners that want to undertake a project. Lire davantage

We are very concerned about giving NEC greater compliance tools to regulate non compliant development such as a officer. Is this really a problem in the NEC area or is this the result of halton conservation having its regulatory authority removed ? Lire davantage

This is just to make it easier for developers to build on the escarpment. It will not protect the environment and therefore I am opposed to building on the Niagara Escarpment and on the greenbelt.
