Firstly, an omnibus bill such as the "Get It Done Act" simultaneously puts several disparate proposals on the table. Although efficient, it is not wise or fair. It does not give each issue the required attention and debate each deserves in order to reach the best decision.

I am a busy working mom of 4. I live in Wilmot Township. I strongly oppose the Get it done act. My main concern is that it removes environmental protection processes. It undermines planning that has been in place in the region of Waterloo.
Please do not pass this bill.
Please review the attached letter which contains a request for a revision to the City of Barrie Official plan for 106 110 112 Saunders Road Barrie by Cedar Hill Developments Inc and Saunders Road Investments Inc which was mistakenly changed in the new Official Plan.

I am opposed to building on farmland around the cities of Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. We have some of the best farmland in Canada in this area and should not be using it to build houses. This land should stay farmland.
