Wind, shadow and sun studies are needed. Buildings can cause harsh and dangerous conditions around the building and for pedestrians. I agree with the proposed elimination of sun/shadow, wind, urban design, and lighting studies. These tend to be highly generic and add no value to the project. For similar reasons, I also suggest eliminating noise studies for all uses except industrial sites. Lire davantage
