I'm strongly opposed to the new legislation to expedite development because it will be detrimental to the environment and to wildlife species. The proposed new conservation act is not adequate to save wildlife. You must rethink and revise before you ruin Ontario's nature.
I do not agree that there should be any changes to the endangered species act.
If there are truly good reasons to MODIFY / ENHANCE the protections of endangered species, it should be done on its own, not part of another law change.
This will create a loophole for the government.
