Truck Noise begins at 6:30 am and I am 100 metres away from highway Ten and Charleston intersection. My patio furniture is constantly covered with soot and sand particles. It affects my breathing although I’m not asthmatic. Unsafe for children to live here. Read more

The current proposals in relation to the aggregate industry are so frustrating for the residents of Caledon Village. We are losing our green spaces too quickly, and traffic is becoming a nightmare with the increase of dump trucks and transports trucks passing through our Village. Read more

I am concerned about filling in a lake that is home to wildlife! I am also concerned about the amount of dump trucks coming to this site will negatively impact the environment further, as well as safety in our community. How can the fill being brought to this site be 100% clean? Read more

Please don’t permit this. The notion of using fill of any kind, let alone of unknown quality, is opening up a can of worms. We not only want to keep the few rehabilitated pits Eileen have, but we, along with the environment, rely on water for life. Read more
