The repeal of this act is one of a government that is not looking into the future. The protection of our environment is investing in a world our children can be safe and enjoy. This act risks destroying that for short term monetary gain, and is therefore fundamentally shortsighted.
The fact I have to say that you shouldn’t do this boggles the mind. The planet is our only planet and these species deserve to live here just as much as we do. Weakening regulation means sacrificing life for profit.

We must protect endangered species!! There are many ways to build homes and roads without endangering wildlife. We need to protect species that are endangered, and not change how we classify them so that we can bulldoze their land. This is home to all of us, and we must protect it for all species
