No, Mr Ford, We do not need quick fixes but innovative, long term solutions that do not trample on the rights of the citizens or destroy the environment. This act does both of those things and incidentally lines the pockets of rapacious developers who are only interested in profits. Read more

Please consider amending the restriction on third party appeals. As currently drafted, it would prevent a landowner from appealing a municipally-initiated Zoning By-law (Amendment) or Official Plan (Amendment) or Secondary Plan to directly applies to a landowner's property. Read more
