I am completely against this bill. Doug Ford is a criminal and he will allow this bill to effect only one city (Toronto) to keep his conservative friends who live out of the city content. Meanwhile he will continue to ruin natural land resources.

Environmental considerations and analysis SHOULD take time and delay any development to ensure the due diligence needed to fully examine the implications and impacts a new building (etc.) would have on the wildlife that inhabit the land proposed for development.

Don’t do this. Don’t allow this bill through. I live in London where parks are slowly getting destroyed and encroached on by new builds. Builders and investors have money they can continue to apply for building permits and projects through the proper permits.
