I oppose industry / infrastructure being fast-tracked over environmental protections of Ontario wildlife and species - especially endangered ones. This act is shortsighted, in its opposition to climate change which is a greater threat to the province’s future.

I do not want bill 5 enacted as I am against bypassing environmental degredation for the sake of enriching developers. This bill only serves to harm Ontario.
Please stop Bill 5. Part of the reason why people (countries) are happy is because of a beautiful, healthy environment. This includes all the flora and fauna found in this great province of ours. Building industry is important but it shouldn’t be at the expense of sensitive areas
I find this bill geared towards the best interests of developers and am deeply worried for the ecological protection of Ontarios Greenbelt especially.
We’ve already prioritized housing over food production by turning farming areas into urban sprawl.
Please don’t let this bill go through.
