I oppose bill 5. I want stronger protections for endangered species and the environment. I oppose short cuts for industry, especially without any public oversight. I oppose overriding the existing law in special economic zones. There is no economy without ecosystems. Read more

I oppose Bill 5. I want strong environmental protections. Bill 5 removes what little protection we have for habitats already. I do not agree with shortcuts for the industry. We should be ensuring the preservation of our species in Ontario. Read more

Bill 5 is harmful to the environment, wildlife, and Ontarians. As our population increases, there are better solutions to creating affordable homes, reducing traffic, effective mass transportation, etc. and urban sprawl is not a sustainable solution. Read more
