I am of the opinion that the main reason why there exists a variation in the Lot Level Enhanced Development Standards across differing municipalities is that that there is no central document for standards / guidelines for Low Impact Development (LID) sizing standards. Read more

Please be careful. The bill states that it will “remove so-called green development standards at the lot level outside the building.” This means removing requirements such as permeable pavement, native tree planting, and bicycle parking. Read more
