I think the proposed change is terrible. Municipalities have enacted Green Development Standards based on their own local geography and priorities. It's crucial that standards conform to local circumstance and take these into account. Read more

Green building standards are a great idea. They save me money on heating and air-conditioning, they look beautiful, and as someone who lives in an urban area, they provide me with additional nature, drainage, and cooling that I may not be able to get elsewhere. Read more
