There have been large areas along the Goulais River that have been closed to campers for years due to the risk to protected species such as the wood turtle and sturgeon. The release of even treated effluent waste into the river should not even be considered. Especially when other alternatives exist.
I've attached 2 sections from the Assimilative Capacity Study that were taken at a point above the proposed release site showing unacceptable results. Downriver results would obviously be even worse.

I believe approval is premature until all impact studies have been completed. It is irresponsible to proceed and ask for public input with only preliminary reports. This should be delayed.
