The Proposal Details have no mention what-so-ever of any infrastructure upgrades or support to the Town for such upgrades. The corner of Trafalgar and Cross is currently completely gridlocked when a GO train arrives. Read more

There is no question that development and intensification should occur around mass transit. But the proposed density is irresponsible, will destruct municipal infrastructure, and offers no value to the existing or future community. This has been demonstrated time and time again. Read more

I am against the proposed Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) as it fails to comply with Premier Ford’s Build Homes Faster agenda and will not deliver a single home before 2031, the Province’s own housing deadline. It will, in fact, take 25 years to complete. Read more
