The Permit to Take Water No. 5613-CWBNY8 was issued to Picton Terminals Ltd. on September 01, 2023, for renewal of PTTW No. 2802-AS7NGR for construction purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Ontario for 10 years.

The application for this renewal to PTTW No. 3618-9HYLD8 was cancelled on June 05, 2024.
