Looks like a good proposal. The only concern that jumps out at me is " Reducing Regulatory Concerns". As long as the regulations are not being reduced and its only the concerns, then fine.

As much as I appreciate the focus on forest sustainability, we also need to consider the habitat loss that will come with this additional logging.
