None of your plans take in the true value of the greenbelt! Also you will not be able to build lower cost houses on those lands...only the rich would be able to buy them. Its just a big land grab to line the pockets of Ford's friends!!!

The problem is not with available housing inventory, the problem is that there is not enough affordable housing. So please stop suggesting it is a inventory problem. This is simply not true. Lire davantage

Do NOT take away protected spaces to line your pockets with money from developers. They are protected for a reason. The housing crisis will not be solved by building more condos.

Building on the green belt is unacceptable. This conflicts with environmental initiatives and further displaces wildlife. Projects such as these are unethical and do not support this community.

I am asking the Ontario government to keep the greenbelt as it stands now. The Oak Ridges Morraine is essential for water source protection, and the agricultural and wetland areas close to the urban areas need protection for our food security. Lire davantage

Quit trying to develop the greenbelt, and ruining our wetlands while you're at it. The housing crisis won't be solved by tearing down our natural environment - nobody wants urban sprawl to live in a suburban hellscape that's entirely dependent on owning a car. Lire davantage

The Greenbelt should be left untouched . Proposed conversion of 7400 acres is absolutely wrong and should be stopped . Premier Doug Ford is going back on his word to leave greenbelt alone. Expansion of housing should be vertical along existing go transit routes.

Your party PROMISED that you would not touch the greenbelt, and the sections of the greenbelt are FAR more ecologically important than the lands that are being offered as substitions for those lost lands. Lire davantage

This is shameful. We should not be developing the greenbelt. We have destroyed enough of the environment and the impact of this development on our ecosystems will be significant. I have had enough with corporate greed. We can fix the housing crisis without destroying these lands. Lire davantage
