RE ERO 019-6216 - Greenbelt Do not remove any parcels of land from the Greenbelt. Premier Ford has repeatedly and explicitly promised not to touch the Greenbelt. He must stand by his promise to the people of Ontario. Please rescind the amendment to the Greenbelt Plan.

I do not support this proposed plan. Protecting the Greenbelt is of utmost importance, and we cannot afford to give any Greenbelt land to housing developers or construction - especially given the global state of climate catastrophe we are in. Do not pass this proposal into law. Thank you.

It is an outrage that Doug Ford thinks that opening up the Greenbelt to development is a viable solution to solving the housing problem. He was not elected to do this. In fact, part of what he ran on was a promise to NOT open up the Greenbelt. Lire davantage
