The government needs to have meaningful engagements and consultation with First Nations when dealing with Greenbelt lands. It needs to legislate that at the 10-year Greenbelt Reviews, no more Greenbelt land can be removed or swapped but only land can be added. Lire davantage

The Greenbelt needs to be permanently protected from development, it’s far too important to Ontario. There is more than enough land already designated for development so there is no reason to destroy desperately needed farmland for more houses that the average person can’t afford. Lire davantage
