We all support this projects as it will ease the pain of housing shortage in Toronto and every year Toronto is receiving more than 24,000 families and none of them could find a place to live and we all need to address this housing crisis by introducing more affordable houses for residents.

This proposal intends to work in partnership with non-profits to deliver a significant amount of below market housing. IN that regard, this proposal represents a significant private sector initiative carried out in collaboration with non-profit providers.

I very much hope this proposed development proceeds. We desperately need the affordable housing this project would provide, not just for this community but for the city as a whole. I whole heatedly support this development.

This is a very congested intersection, with my people relying on both Lawrence and Blackcreek for their commute. Adding so much extra residential here would be detrimental to the flow of traffic at this already congested intersection.

It has come to my attention that the landlord for this proposed property is attempting to bypass community involvement and input from the City of Toronto. This is not acceptable for what is being proposed for this area. Lire davantage

The traffic at this intersection is hectic enough with lots of drivers already lined up really far back to turn onto the Black Creek. This will just create more car traffic, and making it more difficult to drive through/onto Black Creek. Lire davantage
