I strongly support the Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO) for The Inclusive at 1635 Lawrence Ave W. This project will provide 1,314 much-needed affordable homes in Toronto, addressing the urgent housing crisis. Expediting this development will help many individuals and families access stable housing. Lire davantage

The traffic at Black Creek and Lawrence is unbearable for the residents who live here. Our proximity to the 400 and 401, makes our area a preferred short cut for 905ers commuting to subways or work. A 1500 unit project for is not reasonable. Lire davantage

The Lawrence and Black Creek intersection and surrounding area (Jane & Lawrence) are extremely congested as it is. To build four large buildings in the proposed location is rediculace. The area is becoming over populated which leaves me to make a decision if I want to live in this city. Lire davantage

I strongly object to this application for a Minister's Zoning Order, the applicant has meet with City of Toronto Planning (PAC) and to Submit for OPA/ZBA or Site Plan application . the applicant has not and refuses to pay the application fee . This is why they have a applied for the MZO. Lire davantage

This city doesn't need more developers that actively seek to circumvent standards and protocols. Community involvement and feedback is necessary and processes should be followed. Sneaky behaviour like this signals that the developers don't care about our community and we don't need more of this.

I do believe that due process has to be done with the public and surrounding areas, which I am one of them to voice our concerns and obligations of the contractor into rezoning this area for residential and mixed use. Lire davantage

As a resident of the area I am pleased that there is interest to develop this. I would not agree with zoning change at this point because the developer is trying to circumvent the standard planning process at the City of Toronto, which includes City approval and community consultation. This developer has no interest in following the reasonable application process of the City of Toronto. The developer has no good reason to ask for an MZO other than the developer does not wish to engage with the local community. Lire davantage

The Black Creek and Lawrence intersection is a very busy one with travellers using it to access the 400 and 401 or exiting there to travel east or west on Lawrence. Adding multiple towers there with thousands of cars will make it even worse. Lire davantage
