To Whom it may concern: These MZOs would force extreme and reckless density on Midtown, more than double that of any comparable development in the GTA, without the infrastructure to support it; creating chaos and overwhelming transportation and services that are already overstressed, including local Lire davantage

I endorse the town of Oakville plan that is more than adequate keeping in harmony with the rest of old Oakville. Retail, mixed income units green space without congestion that breeds crime and mental health issues. Lire davantage

I am against this proposal for Midtown Oakville. Oakville already has a responsible, Council-approved plan for Midtown — OPA 70 — that supports growth while respecting infrastructure limits and livability. These MZOs are unnecessary and risk undermining that plan. Lire davantage

The Ontario Provincial government is letting the people of Oakville down (including those who may someday call this mega-dense "neighbourhood" home) and demonstrates to other Ontario communities that the provincial government is prepared to impose these without cause in their towns and cities too . It is extraordinary that the Midtown TOC proposal, which is so far out of alignment with Provincial goals and Oakville planning, continues to have momentum. Surely there are stakeholder relationships that are not being made known to the public? Something under the table we don’t know about? Lire davantage
