I am voting NO on these MZOs as they directly undermine the Premier’s ‘Build Homes Faster’ agenda. Unlike the current TOC proposal, which offers no housing until 2031 and carries a 25-year completion timeline, OPA 70 is a superior, shovel-ready alternative. Lire davantage

I’ve lived in Oakville for over 30 years , it is still a pleasant place to live. I understand that changes are inevitable but to keep Oakville viable we need balanced growth. Apartment buildings should be kept to 6 to 10 stories surrounded by green space not parking lots. Lire davantage
