I am a 25 year long member of the Oakville community. I have been closely following the Midtown proposal process. It is preposterous to propose that MZOs be initiated for the Midtown area. The traffic density and building heights would absolutely ruin that area. Lire davantage

Oakville is at its limit. Adding Mega density without 100% transit availability to every necessary point is only going to erode Oakvilles livability. Traffic is now ridiculous at all hours of the day. Set up reliable and affordable transit first...have the developers pay for it. Lire davantage

The economic and viability case for these MZOs and this project has collapsed. The condominium market has both collapsed and shifted, with the market no longer supporting high rise projects dominated by studios and one-bedroom units, which is the configuration this TOC proposes. Lire davantage
