Yes I agree to this proposal. I would also agree on taking down this point system and do it like in Quebec system works great and the hunt is only open for two weeks .

Myself and 4 other partners own a 200 acre property (adjacent to crown land) located in area 53 , about 15 km east on Bracebridge, near Bigwin Park. We have hunted here for 50 years or more. We keep trail cameras in the bush all year and keep track of all our wildlife. Lire davantage

This is a great idea. As a newer hunter I would love the opportunity to actually hunt a moose without having to wait to build up my moose points.

I feel this is a great way to increased hunter opportunity and participation. It makes no sense the have tags go unclaimed when folks like myself are ready, willing and able to hunt. I hope these proposals go through Lire davantage

What about the group hunters who all apply for the second allocation and draw multiple tags that they don’t need?! Why should they be punished by losing all points for 2 hunters in the group?? You are ruining hunting for Ontarian's and sending us to hunt in Quebec.

this is very good news. it will provide an opportunity for more people to get out. it is tough on a year your group doesn't get a tag, knowing so many go unclaimed. this will make people apply for what they need or want for a tag, and allow more groups to be successful. Lire davantage

I think that if you apply using the current points based system and are successful in drawing a tag then you have to accept that tag whether you use it or not and your points reset to zero. Lire davantage
