Fix the landlord tenant board and then come up with ideas of how we can add additional units. Why would I ever throw my hard earned investment money into new builds where tenants will move in and milk me for 12-24 mo the until the LTB maybe evicts them. Lire davantage

Full grown trees in Toronto cool us and reduce the build of excess heat in the city. We have laws to protect our tree canopy and we should have laws to grow it as there is a long list of benefits to having trees where we live. At the same time we need more housing, we are told. Lire davantage

Hi - We oppose secondary sites in our neighbourhood. Garden suites are ok as long as they maintain the character of the neighbouthood and retain the green belt.

I support all the proposed changes to make ARUs more viable. This will be a step forward for crucial housing supply. Removal of all angular plane requirements is especially important as those are the regulations that get in the way of garden suites most often, forcing people to seek variances. Lire davantage

The original building bylaws were put in place for good reason. Allowing people some space and privacy should be respected. If Ontario thinks density is the answer they should should concentrate on building new schools etc to accommodate before making changes to building bylaws. Lire davantage
