I think this is a great idea. I hope you implement it for the 2025 season. There should be something in there for medical exemption, but it should not be easy to do as you have people trying to cheat

I do like the idea that there be a date for the second round tags to be claimed and the opportunity for another hunter to apply for it but I do not agree with a hunter losing all their points regardless if they claim it or do not claim the tag. Read more

There may be some reason for not claiming a second change 1st choice tag. Resetting to zero would be harsh, but do not award a point and maybe a small penalty vs reset to zero. second allocation, 2nd and 3rd choice should not be penalized. Read more
