MAKE IT SIMPLE STUPID!!! Leave the current tag system alone BUT any tag awarded at any stage MUST be accepted by the hunter ONLY that applies for it with NO ALTERNATES or the hunter looses ALL of his points for the following year(s). Read more

I have hunted for over 45 years for moose and Deer, but I don’t agree with the idea that I get a tag and I need to extra $ to receive the tag, hunting supposed to be a fun time a good time with friends not a cash grab. Read more

I am concerned about the change to forfeit your points if you do not claim a tag. If a group hunts in one mmu and only needs 1 or 2 tags, it seems counter productive to me to penelize the group by reducing future chances with this method. Read more

I disagree with this proposal. First, I want effective management of the moose population with better harvest planning and direct and positive control on the harvest. Second, put First Nations and non- hunters on the big game management committee. Read more

After moose hunting WMU 50 since 1996 I have seen many changes in our tag numbers. Our group successfully drew tags for many years. We're lucky to have many great years to enjoy as a group. Read more

Give hunters 3 weeks to claim or reject their tags after the first draw. If they don't claim the tag it goes back into the second draw. Give hunters 3 weeks to claim or reject their tag after the second draw. Read more

With the proposal of a thrid draw / third chance to get tags is it necessary to make the second draw an automatic consumption of the applicants points if they are awarded a tag and do not accept it? That tag will still become avaialbe in the third draw / chance if they do not accept it.
