Leave the parks alone as well as protected lands in. Greenbelt! Those places were protected for a reason and are not available for privatization.

Ontario has plenty of land for developers. Ontario’s do not have enough green spaces. Stop selling pieces of our green spaces for profit. We the people of Ontario own the Provincial Parks, stop selling our recreational spaces. I do not agree with this sale.

Stop attacking provincial parks and Indigenous Land, it is so insensitive to the environment and marginalized communities. If Wasaga Beach being a tourist spot is so important to you, focus in on revamping the beaches. Read more

This is outrageous. Doug needs to stop selling all of our precious ecosystems off to developers. We have so little safe places already for our endangered species. Do not do this.

This needs to be stopped. At what point will Ford stop selling what belongs to the people of Ontario? We don't agree with the new bill and we certainly oppose the transfer of land from the provincial parks. Read more

I recently visited Wasaga Beach for the first time this year. The reason for my visit was an opportunity to see Piping Plovers and I went for "Ploverpalozza" hosted by Ontario Parks. Read more

Stop attacking our public natural land. I am very much against the reduction in size and protection of any and all provincially protected spaces.

I was reading through the proposal and realized it is Destination Wasaga, not Wasaga Beach. Wasaga Beach spans 14 kilometers of the beach front, including Beach areas one and two. Read more

Please do not sell our parkland. I am against this proposal which will remove acreage from Wasaga Beach’s parkland.
